Mary Turgeon

Mary Turgeon is CFO of Charles D. Sheehy, where she helps guide the company’s financial strategy, operations and continued growth. Mary joined CDS 13 years ago, beginning her career with the company shortly after college and advancing through roles including Controller and Vice President before becoming CFO. She leads with a combination of accountability, trust and practicality, emphasizing clear expectations, collaboration and strong follow-through. Throughout her career at CDS, Mary has built strong relationships across departments and has played an important role in supporting the people and processes behind the company’s growth. She believes CDS’s commitment to customer service and its modern approach to distribution continue to set the company apart. Looking ahead, Mary is focused on building upon that foundation and helping CDS identify new opportunities to improve, evolve and grow.
