Sean Roberts

Sean Roberts is Director of Sales at Charles D. Sheehy, where he leads the company’s sales strategy, execution and organization. Sean brings more than 30 years of industry experience to CDS, having held sales leadership roles throughout the plumbing and mechanical industry before joining the company in 2023. Since joining CDS, he has advanced from Senior Sales Representative to Director of Sales, where he leads with an emphasis on accountability, empowerment and a customer-first approach. Sean is passionate about developing people and creating an environment where team members are encouraged to ask questions, challenge ideas and find solutions. He believes CDS’s focused approach to distribution and commitment to exceptional customer service set the company apart. Looking ahead, Sean is focused on growing the CDS team, developing its people and expanding the company’s reach while maintaining the culture and customer-focused approach that have driven its success.
